Hidden Wound

A promotional campaign for a horror movie (in collaboration with animators and illustrators)

#Photoshop #After Effects #Premiere Pro

Brief

This project aimed to create a horror movie trailer as well as an accompanying promotion campaign. As it was a team project, my role as a designer was to develop a promotional campaign for our movie. However, I also had an opportunity to work on a concept, character design, and video editing.

Concept

We decided to cover the horror from reality, focusing on PTSD and the war. As a current example, we took the war in Ukraine.

Colours and photos were all thought through: all photos for posters were taken in the studio and then edited to achieve the feeling of something from the past, where our main character was happy; cracked glass with bullet marks aims to show that something is off now, something went wrong, and to learn what exactly, a viewer has to watch a film.

Below are the title design, posters, billboards, public displays, ticket design, and social media representation.
