Process
It all started with getting to know the company, its goals, and its history. After spending time with the incredible and inspiring team, I started brainstorming logo designs. Eventually, this took me on the right path and helped establish a general vibe for further work on branding and colors. Below, you will find stages of creating a logo and other brand identity elements for Arise Wales Creatives. The company’s main focus is on community, ambitiousness, and creativity. Therefore, I aimed to reflect all those qualities in this project through visual language.
I tried to bring meaning into every part of the branding process, relying on the keywords from the client meetings. The word “Arise” brought associations with the Sun, which rises every day, no matter what. So, I used semicircle shapes to represent the Sun.
